Voltages in analog input domains should not have a breakdown voltage of 30 V.The capacitance ratio of a capacitor is 7.5, and this reflects its ability to store electric charges.The device is capable of delivering a diode capacitance of 22 pF.A deviation from -55°C ~ 125°C in operating temperatures is not acceptable.As well as saving space, the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package can be used.Considering its maximum power dissipation, it allows power loss to be conducted without overheating.The reverse voltage peak must be within 22 V in order for a conversion to be accurate.
