LS1027AXE7NQA Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 448-BFBGA for convenient overseas shipping. A CPU with 2 Core 64-Bit cores and width 2 Core 64-Bit busses is used. Understand how the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA is determined. This is a member of the QorIQ® Layerscape series. With a core count of ARM® Cortex®-A72, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses DDR3L SDRAM, DDR4 SDRAM RAM controllers. With its CANbus, I2C, SPI, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better.
