A low-power 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core is the NXP USA Inc. LPC1313FBD48/01,15. It features up to 72 MHz of operating frequency, 32 KB of flash memory, and 8 KB of RAM. Moreover, the device includes a number of I/O peripherals, including as GPIO, ADC, PWM, UART, and SPI.
