LM3209TLE-G3/NOPB Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 12 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 12-WFBGA, DSBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 650mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V for operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the LM3209 family is represented. There are 12 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. With a maximum output voltage of 4.2V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
