KVX2001-23-0 Overview
Diode caps have a tolerance of 10% for this circuit.By using it, you can deliver a diode capacitance of 20 pF.During operation, the temperature should not deviate from -55°C ~ 125°C.In addition, the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package can be used to reduce the amount of space needed.The peak reverse voltage must remain within 22 V for accurate conversion.
