K857PH Overview
A MouseReel package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 6-VDFN Exposed Pad packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 10 V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 1 nA current.
