K857PE Overview
MouseReel is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 20 V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes were able to supply voltages of 20 V. The current in a photodiode is 1000pA even when there is no light input.
