J176 Description
J176 belongs to the family of multi-purpose P-channel switches manufactured by ON Semiconductor to improve circuit performance in an economical way. Due to its high quality and reliable performance, the J176 switch is ideally suitable for low-level analog switching applications, sample and hold circuits, as well as chopper stabilized amplifiers. It is available in the low-cost TO-92 package that provides designers with much flexibility.
