There is greater flexibility with the 16-VDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 10V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TA.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IX6*11.Devices have 16 pins available.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.In the -- series, this gate driver is included.
