IX6R11M6 Overview
For greater flexibility, the 16-VDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V~35V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number IX6*11.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 16 when designing the chip.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).An output current of 6A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 35V volts.The gate driver belongs to the -- series.
