IX2R11P7 Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 14 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number IX2*11.The device is mounted with Through Hole.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 14 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 500V.Due to its 15V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.The gate driver is part of the -- series.The development of its basis uses 14 terminals.
