IX2R11M6T/R Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-VDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IX2*11.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.A high-side voltage can be set up to 500V (Bootstrap).Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.
