IW1677-05 Overview
SOT-23-6 is the package in which the ac to dc converter is embedded.There is a AC/DC power converter of Tape & Reel (TR) available.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this AC/DC converter.It is necessary to operate the ac dc converter at a temperature of 150°C TJ °C in order for it to perform properly.The AC DC converter uses a type SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit.When the switching frequency reaches 72kHz , the circuit is closed.The voltage range of the supply can be set to 16V (Vcc/Vdd).
