IW1677-01 Overview
There is a ac to dc converter embedded in package SOT-23-6 .The ac dc converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) case.In this case, the AC/DC converter is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .This ac dc converter should be operated at a temperature of 150°C TJ °C so that it can deliver its performance.In this AC DC converter, an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER is employed.When the switching frequency reaches 72kHz , the process is complete.The AC/DC converter is capable of being used when the supply voltage is 16V (Vcc/Vdd).
