It is packaged with Tube.For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 32-PowerDIP Module, 23 Leads package.In addbridge driverion, 13.5V~16.5V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Through Hole.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including AC Motors.PCB mounting is performed using Through Hole.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit as a specific characteristic.Electronic H-bridges of the µIPM™-DIP series constitute this type of H-bridge.Onput current at which output reaches 7A.Through the output and power supply pins, a current of 1.6A is flowing.The operating supply voltage is maintained at 16.5V in order to ensure high efficiency.In this case, the voltage released by the Hbridge is 250V.
