IRFS7730TRL7PP is a 75V Single N-Channel HEXFET Power MOSFET in a D2-Pak 7-Lead package. The Infineon IRFS7730TRL7PP can be applied in a Brushed motor drive, BLDC motor drive, Battery powered circuits, DC/AC inverters, and a variety of other applications due to the following features.
