IRFS7730TRL7PP is a 75V Single N-Channel HEXFET Power MOSFET in a D2-Pak 7-Lead package. The Infineon IRFS7730TRL7PP can be applied in a Brushed motor drive, BLDC motor drive, Battery powered circuits, DC/AC inverters, and a variety of other applications due to the following features.
The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the MOSFET IRFS7730TRL7PP is in the TO-263-7 package with 375w power dissipation.
