HMC917LP3E Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 6GHz~10GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Strip.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.16-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 91mA.
