HMC905LP3ETR Overview
In the 6GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Cut Tape (CT) package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 16 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 100mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
