HMC859LC3 Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 0Hz~26GHz.Due to the enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Strip package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 16 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 16 pins.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 97mA.
