HMC815LC5 Overview
21GHz~27GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -55°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 270mA range.
