HMC814-SX Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 13GHz~24.6GHz.RF IC with the enhanced Die package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tray format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -55°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 88mA.
