HMC7912LP5ETR Overview
A frequency of 21GHz~24GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 32 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.
