HMC738LP4ETR Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 20.9GHz~23.9GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 24 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
