HMC736LP4E Overview
14.5GHz~15GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This RF module has 24 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
