HMC677LP5E Overview
RF IC with the enhanced 32-VQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 32 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 1.5mA.
