RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 5.5GHz~8.6GHz.With the enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tray package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.This is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
