HMC587LC4B Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 5GHz~10GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
