HMC586LC4BTR Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 4GHz~8GHz.Due to the enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Cut Tape (CT) package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 24 pins.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
