HMC575LP4E Overview
Using the frequency of 6GHz~9GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 24 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 24-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 90mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
