HMC572LC5 Overview
In the 24GHz~28GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 32 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 32 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -55°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 125mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
