In the 24GHz~28GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced Die package.The Bulk package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 7 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 0 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -55°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 125mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
