HMC571 Overview
Using the frequency of 21GHz~25GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced Die package makes it an excellent RF IC.Bulk package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 7 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 0-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -55°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 125mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
