HMC570LC5TR Overview
Based on the frequency of 17GHz~21GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.32 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 125mA in order to deliver its performance.
