HMC561 Overview
Based on the frequency of 8GHz~21GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced Die package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 98mA in order to deliver its performance.
