VSAT RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 3V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 9mA range.With 16 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.In order to operate it, 9mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
