The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 7V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 1.3A supply current in order to deliver its performance.32 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.
