This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.General Purpose RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Cut Tape (CT).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in TO-243AA, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 6V~12V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 110mA range.With 3 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.Different functions can be applied to 3 terminations.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
