HMC446TR Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.HMC446 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 6 pins are required.An RF switch ic with the ISM RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 5V~8V volts are available.
