Using the Strip package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.A RF Switch consists of 16 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.HMC427 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.An RF switch ic with the VSAT RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 5V volts are available.
