This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.HiperLAN, UNII RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 285mA range.With 16 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
