HMC370LP4TR Overview
A frequency of 14.4GHz~16.4GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 24 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.24-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.
