RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 14.4GHz~16.4GHz.With the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Cut Tape (CT) package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.
