HMC369LP3TR Overview


The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 9.9GHz~12.7GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 16 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.
