RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 9.9GHz~12.7GHz.With the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 46mA.
