HMC361G8 Overview
As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 10MHz~13GHz.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 8 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 8 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 84mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
