Using the frequency of 2GHz~4GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package makes it an excellent RF IC.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 8 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 8-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
