RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 71GHz~86GHz.With the enhanced Die package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This is a 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -55°C to ensure its reliability.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 175mA.
