A frequency of 32GHz~46GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC features an enhanced Module, SMA Connectors package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Bulk package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Connector Mount-type PCB or development board.A 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
