GD80960JF33 Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 196-BGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~100°C TC. The i960 series contains it. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 196. In the case of a 3.3V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 33MHz Hz. For functions of 196 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The external data bus width of this CPU is 32. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 196 pins. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. From 3.3V, the micro processor can be used. Datasheets specify that the embedded microprocessor requires 3.33.3/5V power supplies. There is 3V voltage at the CPU core. RAM (Random Access Memory) is designed to be 1kB. The CPU can only be supplied with voltage up to 320mA. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 3.45V. 3.15V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
