GC1500-02 Overview
An electric charge can be stored in a capacitor by its capacitance, which has a ratio of 3.3.Varactor can handle currents up to 25 A according to Varactorss current rating.A temperature range of -55°C ~ 125°C should be maintained during operation.Additionally, the - package can be used to save space.For accurate conversion results, the peak reverse voltage must be within 30 V.
